Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

The Moorestown First Aid & Emergency Squad has immediate openings for full- and part-time Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs). The requirements of the job include:
  • Current state emergency medical technician and/or paramedic certification;
  • The ability to administer basic life support to patients at the scene, enroute to the hospital and in a pre-hospital setting;
  • Communicating with professional medical personnel to obtain instructions regarding a patient’s further treatment;
  • Possessing the skills necessary to perform the duties of an emergency medical technician;
  • Conducting yourself in a dignified and compassionate manner, and protecting the patients’ privacy at all times;
  • Being flexible and a team player.
